At the time of writing, Evernote does not have a built in template system, but I came up with a workaround that allows you to do just that. To supplement the principle I decided to start building a repository of useful templates for people to download.
Please amend them to suit your needs and if you use both mobile and desktop clients you may wish to consider formatting that is viable to display on both.
If you have any ideas for templates and want to share them here, please contact me. Hopefully if you don't find any that are useful to you it will inspire you to create some of your own.
